Prefer liquids as they absorb better. I have lymphedema so am looking for all things I can do to improve my lymph health. If you look at the ingredients and research it all makes sense. Have no negatives with using this product. It is early days so will need to probably finish bottle to see what all it does for me, but seems a good start. There are benefits beyond lymph issues associated with the ingredients. Do encourage folks to visit with their doctors about supplements they take. Can be different causes of lymph issues, so definitely something to work on with your doctor as we're not all alike. For me, happy with the product.

After a month of taking this every morning with a full glass of water when I first wake up - I have to say I have noticed my period edema is wayyyyy down. I swell in legs when I get my period and after sitting all day for work - even with breaks to walk or do squats it’s still bad - I’ve noticed a MARKED improvement. I still swell a bit but it’s no where near as bad as it was. The key is you need to give the supplements time to work. Holistic healing addresses the root of the issue not just the symptoms so sometimes it takes longer to work. It’s worth the wait, though. You have to manage your expectations and know going in that it may take some time. I highly recommend this product!

Hello so I received the product yesterday. I took a dropper full of it as is directed and I have to say I thought my mind was playing tricks on me but it definitely was not within 15 to 20 minutes I kid you not I felt a tingling in my right foot. My right foot has always been a little bit swollen and I never knew what the cause was . I have to say the swelling of my foot has gone down today is the second day I took it and I still feel tingling in my right foot so there's must have been some kind of blockage that was there and I didn't realize. This stuff works now I would have gave it five stars but for some reason the system is not letting me click on five it only did three. Great product!

I was going to wait a week before writing this review, but I have time now so here goes. These drops are exactly as described. It’s been 6 full days of taking them. I just add them to my coffee or tea and doesn’t change the flavor at all. In 6 days I’ve lost 7lbs without even trying. My diet has been exactly the same as before. I’ve been taking a diuretic for 4 years and still I had swelling in my legs. The swelling is gone. My feet are no longer swollen and my shoes are now too big for me because my feet are no longer swollen. I’m excited to see where I’ll be a week from now. Initially I didn’t think it was affecting my energy level, but I think it does in a low key way. I don’t feel as tired at the end of the day so I’m more productive, but I don’t feel overly caffeinated.

I suffer from edema in my legs. I've been taking this supplement for a week, dropped 6lbs in water weight, my lower legs, ankles and hands are no longer swollen. My body overall feels light and not bloated. I am amazed!!! Hope that in time I'll see less swelling in my thighs and knee area. I'm sold.
